What You Can Expect
You will receive guidance and suggestions to help articulate your logo’s purpose

For your selection, the suggested designs will be near-finished in appearance and presented in an easy-to-review PDF document. Your master logo art will be provided in industry standard file formats. Your budget will determine if and to what degree each step is elaborated upon.

Fast Track FAQs
Why Fast Track? How does it differ from your traditional approach?
- In a service business like ours, time really is money. With a Fast Track Plan, there are no meetings, phone calls, or consultations. This eliminates 50% (or more) of the otherwise billable time and expenses associated with the traditional approach.
What if I am located outside your service area?
- Your physical location does not matter. The entire Fast Track process is handled through a password protected area on our Website. You login and work at your convenience.
What is the difference between “Concepts” and “Designs?”
- Concepts - Using trees as an example: three concepts might include: Oak, Maple and Cherry. All three are trees, yet they are quite different.
- Designs - Continuing with our tree example: If you selected the Oak concept, our designs might include: Red Oak, White Oak and Pin Oak. All three are variations of the same tree concept.
I prefer to call you with my feedback. Is that acceptable?
- Not for Fast Track plan customers. Feedback must be provided though the designated area of our Website. If you require consultation, our prevailing rates will apply and will be additionally charged.
How do I pay for a Fast Track plan?
- All payments are made through PayPal. Your first payment (regardless of the plan) of $80 is due when the order is placed and is non-refundable. The second payment is due prior to viewing the concepts. Final payment is due prior to viewing the designs.
What do I receive in the downloaded logo file?
- One ZIP file containing industry standard file types: TIF, GIF, JPG and EPS, in RGB and CMYK colorspace, in 72 and 300 DPI (dots per inch) resolution.
Can you provide additional services?
- Yes. Many of the related services are available. Contact Us about your specific needs.
What if I change my mind?
- Simply make no further payments. The plan is cancelled and you are under no further obligation. We will email you to confirm your decision to cancel.

Can I get a refund?
- First Payment - Your first payment is non-refundable.
- Second or Third Payment - Once either your logo concepts or designs have been made available for your review, the payment for same is non-refundable.
