Technical support for our
self-managed plans and packages is provided by our Hosting company. It is available 24-7, via email,
live chat, or toll-free phone call. For self-help, an extensive, searchable, online Knowledge Base is also
available.
Target Markets
Hosting Only is the
name for hosting Option #2: Self-managed hosting. Clients can pick and choose plans and plan
add-ons to suit their requirements. While our Hosting Only packages do not include RBR Associates'
setup, troubleshooting and administration, these services are available from us on an "as needed"
basis.

Our "Turnkey" Alternative
Web Client - Our Web Client option is for clients seeking to continue the service relationship with RBR Associates, following our design and development of their Website. There are two service tiers within the Web Client option to suit most budgets.Hosting Only clients may upgrade to Web Client status anytime.
