How the CMS Works

1. Client must be a Full Service Web Client
2. Program is installed on the Webserver, with client's public Website
3. The CMS interface is skinned (customized) to match the client's Website
4. Administration and maintenance are provided by RBR Associates
5. Usergroup profiles are determined by client
6. HTML, PDFs and other content are coded for single or multiple Usergroup access
7. Interested users request access via a registration form
8. Access is controlled via login credentials
9. Approved users are assigned to a Usergroup profile
10. Users can be re-assigned to another Usergroup or deleted at any time

Hardware & Software Requirements

Our CMS requires NO special software. A computer with a current Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and active Internet connection are all that is required. Third party firewalls, proxy connections and Web-filtering software may interfere with the downloading of documents or other content.
